Large industrial estate here is not suitable. Further loss of Green Belt, already lost Green Belt to Union View. Removing land from Green Belt here is not due to exceptional circumstances, not fully evidenced, nor justified. Resulting in permanent loss of wildlife vital habitat and disruption to important wildlife corridors. Hatton Park has a population of Hedgehogs, building around Hatton Park will hugely impact their natural habitat and lead to a decline in their already struggling population. The roads will not be able to cope with an increase of traffic, including more lorries. Roadworks will cause further disruption to residents.
