Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposed development on land near Bearley is inappropriate because:
- the development would result in a huge isolated pocket of sprawl non-contiguous with Stratford
- isolation requires people moving infrastructure as all the usable facilities are in Stratford (shops, schools, leisure, medical)
- the existing rail links, stations, capacity are not suitable for volume transit
The factors above mean more cars on the A3400 and Birmingham Road into Stratford which already frequently grid-locks demonstrating it is currently inadequate for the existing traffic volumes. This development would make it worse and that's not including years of construction disruption.
