My concerns are as follows :-
High density housing will spoil the character of the village.
There would be issues re health care infrastructure
Transport links would be overstretched
Increased road traffic would add to noise, adversely affect air quality and safety.
Education provision would need to be very much increased for all sectors
Use of green belt land would be deleterious to the appearance of the area
The environmental impact on bio diversity would be put under strain.
Recreational facilities would be impacted negatively due to land being lost.
Public utilities would be placed under strain and need improvement.
