Further loss of GreenBelt, already lost to UnionView. Removing land from GreenBelt here is not due to exceptional circumstances, not fully evidenced, nor justified. Permanent loss of vital habitat for wildlife, disruption to important wildlife corridors. HattonPark struggling Hedgehog population hugely impacted and will decline further. No infrastructure for additional 8,000+ houses. Increased and untenable pressure on GPs/WarwickHospital/schools. GPs already dealing with extra patients from UnionView and HamptonTrove developments. Trains heading into Birmingham already full by Hatton. Hatton station would require significant upgrades. Roads unable to cope with increased traffic. Roadworks impact upon wildlife habitats, cause further disruption to residents.
