I do support DPD 31.

But is there enough emphasis on moving car users to public transport?
Car users, it is already apparent, will not move to Public transport because it makes environmental sense, or to reduce overcrowding on the roads, or to improve the town centre experience.
Especially to our shoddy diesel driven service in too large buses offering inadequate service.
Or until the use of an already purchased car becomes less convenient and more expensive than public transport.
