1.. Rail access is unlikely
2. Needs major road access to be built BEFORE development to prevent damage to listed buildings in Ladbroke & Fenny Compton and unsafe use of existing roads in these villages and nearby. Also issue of crossing the railway line.
3. Anti-sustainable by taking agricultural land out of food production
