I am against this development due to:
this being a green belt area with no supporting facilities for the huge number of properties
the current road structure cannot cope with the large number of vehicles that already use this area.
Bearley does not have a train station. There is a stop on the single track system that comes through Bearley but there is no car park, the platform is short and would not cope with any longer trains. There has been no mention that this 'halt' would be developed to cope with the anticipated increase in the number of passengers.
