I am concerned about the proposed housing development south of Chichester Lane in Hampton Magna (REF ID 55). The only access is via Old Budbrooke Road, which is narrow and would lead to traffic issues in the local area, particularly at the railway bridge. This will disrupt residential life due to increased traffic. The area, currently open green space used by walkers, will lose its character and be replaced by housing, impacting local amenities. Additionally, existing infrastructure like shops and public transport cannot support the influx of new residents, representing an over-development of green belt land.
