The plan should only run for 15 years, any longer is not sustainable. The location of SG04 is unsustainable and will increase traffic in the town which is already becoming gridlocked from the new estates already being built. The infrastructure in the town is not enough to cope with the current houses let alone 1200 more.
The green belt around Kenilworth consists of agricultural land which is needed for food production and is protected, it has not been rated RED. It will also impact the site of a grade 1 listed building. Residents concerns should be taken seriously.
