Do not believe transport and community infrastructure will be sufficient (doctors, rail, parking and traffic provision - having lived through 12 months of chaos adding one junction to the Bham road...)
Believe we should be tackling brownfield land first rather than reducing agricultural yield, not least if we are moving to a new international protectionist environment.
Do not have confidence in local politicians to deliver this on time, on budget and in full - A46 junction, Longbridge and Bham Road junction works all suggest this is the case.
