Site 446, Land off Leamington Road, Long Itchington - there are flooding issues connected to this area of the village, which need closer inspection. Building on this plot would be detrimental to the Green End playing field and LILAC field, which are quiet areas of play, nature and biodiversity. Vehicular access would be extremely problematic. To the south there is Green End (a quiet cul de sac) and to the north a care home. Exits onto the A423 would be problematic and have already been identified by planners as potentially problematic in other planning applications.
