Site 676 Land Off Collingham Lane, Long Itchington has been refused planning permission at Appeal TWICE so should be removed from the plan. APP/J3720/W/23/3333525 - April 2024 & APP/J3720/W/22/3298087 - January 2022. Both appeals stated that this was unsuitable for development because of the damage to the landscape amongst other reasons. It is also included in the Long Itchington Neighbourhood Plan as an area not to be developed and is outside the SDC identified built up area boundary. It is also specifically mentioned in SDC’s ‘Landscape Sensitivity Assessment’ published in 2012 as one to be avoided for development.
