I feel extremely strongly that the development of Land at Wilmcote and Bearley is a very bad idea in the wrong place. This is not an urban area. This is truly wonderful Warwickshire countryside. The fabric of this area, including roads and canal is very fragile. We are told constantly how important peaceful and tranquil places are for our mental health. Villagers and visitors are here because it is precisely that! Please make sure it stays that way. Once this countryside is gone we will never get it back.
