Infrastructure is already hugely inadequate for the number of houses already built in Shipston, includes health provision, education, transport.
Little transport links provision forces car use & is congested currently - accident black spots regularly occur due to population high and infrastructure sadly lacking.
Town frequently floods so increased run off that new development will bring will only increase frequency and severity of flooding.
Little employment opportunities locally hence increasing need for good transport links which just do not exist in a practical sense.
Access/egress development not dimensionally compatible
Green amenities- proposed development huge impact current green amenities
