Whole site is in green belt & also attached to and part of SSSI. Access to site 673 is not suitable for 500 plus cars. Lane is narrow, no pavement & regularly floods from the proposed site. 7 listed building are adjacent to the lane plus the church. Widening the lane is not possible & construction traffic would not be able to travel up and down. The lane is a single track not designed for volume of traffic. There are blind bends and private lanes which also have blind spots.
