I would wish to oppose major expansion of Wellesbourne without clear justification as to flood mitigation, local job creation within a 5 mile radius, expansion of medical and educational facilities and proper impact surveys on drainage/sewage and traffic of the proposals - with confirmation that smaller scale infill housing (though less attractive to national builders)cannot be provided in nearby villages and in Wellesbourne itself. The area delineated is too large and appears to be all in the Green Belt. Has the impact of the proposed nearby Wasperton minerals extraction site been properly considered ?
