Ensure the strategic gap between Tiddington and Stratford is maintained as highlighted by a Planning Appeal Inspector. Future proposed housing in Tiddington & Alvesto. could also exacerbate flooding, a problem already see with new housing, due to the proximity to the River Avon. Any new developments will need sufficient infrastructure, roads, schools, clinics etc. none of which seem to be provided with new housing estates. Maybe other completely new settlements are a better option
