*This is high quality farmland which contributes to food sustainability. Our Government seeks to preserve such farmland, this policy increases in strength as wheat imports become harder to source and higher in price. There is sufficient ALC grade 2 to the north and east of Leamington that would be more suitable.
*The A4177 is already over congested with long tailbacks, it will not cope with the additional traffic generated, especially the potential for HGV traffic entering/exiting the site.
*The area has suffered significant damage to wildlife and biodiversity from housing developments along the A4177
