Rouncil Lane and Rounds Hill part off National Cycle Route 52. Increased volume of transport negatively affects safety for cyclists.
Kenilworth castle is a grade 1 listed building meaning it is legally protected due to its historic significance. Removal of green belt land west of Rouncil lane would significantly impact the setting of this grade 1 listed building.
SG04 is outside the 20 minute neighbourhood criteria with little to no realistic public transport which would result in an increase of car use which will increase carbon emissions and therefore unsustainable.
Foul drainage is already inadequate on Rouncil Lane (abattoir).
