Site 469 - Land east of Marton Road, Long Itchington - Directly behind a new development -Lilac View, which when being built had to raise the levels of the house considerably higher than the plans because of flood prone land. 469, if built would seriously jeopardise the houses to its south and houses at Willow Grove which have experienced increased flooding because of the new housing. Planners should consult with the wcc Flood Team for greater details on the problems in this area. It is not a suitable location for more development.
