Given the serious risks of flooding, the lack of sufficient infrastructure to support additional housing, the worsening traffic conditions, and the negative environmental impact, I strongly urge the planning authority to reconsider the allocation of SG15 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. Development in this area would be unsustainable and detrimental to both existing residents and the natural environment.
