Given the substantial flooding risks, the inability of local infrastructure to support further development, the worsening traffic conditions, and the devastating impact on wildlife, I strongly urge the planning authority to reject the allocation of SG16 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. Development in this area is unsustainable and would have a lasting negative impact on the village and surrounding communities.
