Objection on the basis on detrimental impact to the character of the area and the reduction in availabilty of school spaces and access to the local GP surgery appointments. Access to nursery spaces is already inadequate and more residential land use will worsen wait lists. Water supply is already a problem in the area with frequent and unpredictable loss of water due to inadequate and ageing infrastructure already stretched by recent developments. Inappropriate use of greenbelt, loss of natural habitat, biodiversity loss as a result.
