*Open Green Belt is the reason I live here, it is the most valued asset for local residents. It is vital for physical and mental health that these spaces are protected. Local foot/bridal paths are widely used.
*Development means a significant loss of wildlife habitat and much needed biodiversity.
*Local roads are totally unsuitable for the increased traffic, in places there is insufficient space for 2 vehicles to pass, and blind bends with no footpaths making them dangerous in places.
*These lanes are used as rat-runs avoiding congestion on the A4177!
