Objection on the basis of residential development resulting in loss of natural drainage capacity and significant increased flood risk in an areas already prone to poor drainage and flooding on road. Increasing duration and frequency of roads becoming impassible.
Inappropriate development of green belt resulting in habitat and biodiversity loss. inconsistent with biodiversity net gain policies
Insufficient capacity at the GP and school to accommodate demand resulting from additional residents
Loss of visual amenity and rural character of the area
Additional traffic will be generated on roads and collision safety risk
Inadequate water supply infrastructure
