I live in North Leamington. SG06 is the only remaining oasis for those in North Leamington to escape from the ever-growing town. In-town parks are constantly occupied by interest groups; SG06 is essential for mental health and wellbeing in North Leamington. There’s a public footpath and a permissive footpath; there’s wildlife and plants already under threat. SG06 is in the green belt. 28,257 new houses need to be found; from Table 5.1 and Table 6.1, I count that there are over 50,000 houses possible in non green-belt land. Think sustainability, climate and mental health: don’t revoke the green belt principle!
