No police
No fire service
Not enough nurseries
Not enough school spaces
Infraction in to local town is non existent
Not enough dentist places for existing houses or doctor's hospital is not big enough.
Village life will end as we know it! House prices will be devalued.
We need housing, but it would be better suited nearer to towns that can cope, not connecting two small villages to make a new town, which is what it will be!
No open spaces to walk
More pollution to air quality with extra cars on the road
