The G1 area development is in direct and close view from the Burton Dassett Country Park. The development would spoil this view, such that views to the north would consist of housing with the under construction solar farm beyond. The impact to this popular tourist destination would be immense.
Major new access roads would be required as all current roads pass through small villages, which already have congestion and width issues in residential areas.
