1. Sheer quantity of houses will engulf villages.
2. The small gap between Stratford and development would soon be infilled and they would become one.
3. Birmingham Road won't be able to cope. It's a huge problem now even before new houses currently being built are
occupied. The small changes to the road now being made and those planned will make no difference when you add a
vast development. People want to get to the Maybird. Bypasses won't help.
4. Traffic jams will put off tourists, the town needs them to thrive,
5. Solar panels are a must for all.
