This proposed development is on greenbelt land. Greenbelt has already been lost in the area to union view. Consulting the government website on greenbelt development this needs to be for exceptional circumstances and cannot even be defined as grey belt reading the rules associated with this. Therefore it is not appropriate to develop this land. The infrastructure around such an area is not sufficient for an industrial estate and any upgrade will significantly contribute to pollution and climate change. The development will be a blight on a main route into the historic town of Warwick.
