Evesham Road is unable to support the level of traffic that will result from these developments, being already dangerous at the roundabout at Borden Hill or at the pinch point by the Shell garage at the other end and feeding through town.

Area already floods with 2 days of rain. Building on farmland means this water has nowhere to drain to so will without doubt move downhill creating flooding to Luddington Rd and the houses on it.

Unacceptable impact on the visual amenity of what is a protected landscape and significant impact on residents privacy
