SG24 would create a scale challenge for the Hockley Heath village and essential resident services i.e GP Services, Schools, which are not designed or have space for growth. The Water, Electricity and Highway infrastructure cannot support this growth. The lack of parking and increased traffic would create a potential hazard for existing and new residents.
