South Warwickshire’s new housing developments pose significant concerns. These projects threaten our precious green belt, increasing flooding risks and causing irreversible biodiversity loss. Protected trees, vital for wildlife and air quality, are being sacrificed for unnecessary expansion. Our countryside is disappearing under concrete, despite existing infrastructure struggling to cope. Local communities face increased traffic, strain on public services, and the loss of natural spaces essential for wellbeing. Sustainable alternatives must be prioritised over relentless development that benefits developers more than residents. We need to protect South Warwickshire’s natural heritage before it’s lost forever.
