Development of Greenbelt will merge the boundaries of Kenilworth with Leek Wootton. Sustainability report lists SG04 as 2nd lowest housing capacity of all spatial growth areas. No GP, secondary school, Bus,train within 20min and existing local amenities overstretched.Will result in over reliance on cars and increased air pollution. Increased traffic along narrow unsuitable Rouncil lane dangerous in addition to large lorries already accessing abattoir. Open views across to Kenilworth Castle and from the castle over the Olde Park negatively affecting an important historic monument. Loss of very well used footpath potentially affecting physical and mental wellbeing of community.
