With regards to the area E07000221 located adjacent to Marton Road, Long Itchington (marked Greenways on the map), we do not believe the building infrastructure in the surrounding area such as water drainage, water pressure, waste removal, car parking, road speed and the increase in number of vehicles on local roads could support further development in this area of the village of Long Itchington.
