The site can only be accessed from a rural narrow road, Rising Lane and is inherently dangerous .Lapworth station only provides 16 car parking spaces the line is at capacity and the trains are infrequent and not suitable for workplace access . The road down to Lapworth station from Swallowfied is Station Lane again a narrow dangerous road it already has primary school parental traffic and pedestrians. There is a chapel on station lane without car parking which already renders the lane very congested with parked cars.
