- I do not support the BW new settlement it is totally unsuitable for development
- The BW site is split by the fast and dangerous A3400. It floods regularly, risking flooding half of Bearley houses.
- It would damage a precious SSSI and protected wildlife, merge and destroy the villages of Bearley and Wilmcote.
- Bearley and Wilmcote would become Stratford’s northern suburb.
- 100% of the BW settlement is within Greenbelt, instead the seven non-Green Belt sites should be developed, as guidance with the NPPF 2024.
- Evidence used to support BW is wrong e.g. missing rail line.
