These sites are low lying and liable to flooding
Access is off Station lane, a narrow dangerous road with a blind bend . A primary school accesses on to it resulting in parked cars and pedestrians.A chapel with no carparking accesses Station Lane creating parked cars. Lapworth station is non viable for commuting few trains line at capacity , insufficient carparking
