I oppose the proposal to develop the Clopton Quarter including the Welcome Hills for the following reasons:

The adverse effect on wildlife and protected species in the area.
The destruction of the open landscape enjoyed from the Nature reserve
The Greenbelt being transformed into another built on urban area ruining the landscape
The reason I recently moved to Clopton was to get away from a built up urban area and to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the adjoining landscape and wildlife.
