This is innappropriate development in green belt land - it does not provide a good return due the small amount of land avaialble.
Local traffic levels are already at capacity through the village during peak hours, this will worsen the issues.
The water supply is already an issue - it will not cope with additional residential properties without significant investment and disruption.
The local schools, GP and hospital are are already at capacity.
