This development on green belt land is inappropriate as the limited available space does not offer a good return for the disruption caused. Local traffic is already at capacity during peak hours, and this project will exacerbate the problem. The water supply is already a problem with frequent burst pipes and cannot support additional residential properties without significant investment and disruption. Furthermore, local schools, the GP, and the hospital are already operating at full capacity.
