The proposed development on green belt land is inappropriate, as the proposed sites are too far from the village centre to benefit from existing infrastructure.
Local traffic levels are already at capacity during peak hours, and this project will exacerbate the existing congestion.
The current water supply is inadequate and cannot support additional residential properties without substantial investment and disruption. Moreover, local schools, the general practice, and the hospital are already operating at full capacity.
