This area has good road connections from the M40, etc, and there is potential for a new Chiltern line station nearby according to plans. Good employment opportunities nearby from JLR and associated industries and these developments can be derived from strategic opportunities in the area and not just land availability.
These areas could deliver the required housing numbers without using greenbelt land. There would be less chance of urban sprawl from existing settlements. It would also take the congestion pressure away from Stratford town area.
