The current infrastructure at Wilmcote is neither suitable nor appropriate for the proposed development.

The roads are all small country roads which as it stands struggles to handle local traffic. Substantial population increase would make the roads extremely congested and add to cost of local businesses.

There are a lack of educational institutions to support a massive surge in population.

Serious incidents will mostly likely be directed towards Warwick. This will be a problem as the hospital will be overloaded and secondly severe congestion as per my first point would put the health and safety of residents at risk.
