Wilmcote & Bearley are in green belt land. Keep our countryside as countryside and instead build onto already existing conurbations.
Insufficient facilities to support inhabitants of 6,700 houses.
It’s already hard to get out onto the A3400 let alone with 1000s more cars there.
Traffic gets detoured through Wilmcote when A46 closed so this would bring the village to gridlock.
Hedgerows would be destroyed, wildlife disrupted and destroyed as a result of building.
Wilmcote is high risk for flooding and more houses will cause more issues with flooding.
The station bridge already has subsidence from lack of drainage.
