SG06 is a much more suitable location for a large development than SG05.
SG05 would not be suitable for a large development because it does not have good access to main roads. However, if necessary, a smaller development of up to perhaps 150 houses might be acceptable within SG05 with careful thought given to the traffic routes in/out to the B4453 and fitting in with existing housing. On a related note about this area, the area around the tower blocks is not particularly pleasant, so how can this be improved?
