I do not support the BW new settlement it is totally unsuitable for development
The BW site is split by the fast and dangerous A3400. It floods regularly, risking flooding half of Bearley houses.
It would damage a precious SSSI and protected wildlife, merge and destroy the villages of Bearley and Wilmcote.
Bearley and Wilmcote would become Stratford’s northern suburb.
100% of BW the BW is within Greenbelt, instead only the seven non-Green Belt sites which would provide upto 46,500 should be developed, as guidance with the NPPF 2024.
