The proposed development on land surrounding Wilmcote and Bealey is a disastrous risk to flooding, this area has water constantly saturating the land as it stands.
Ridiculous to consider developing this area when the infrastructure cannot manage current demands on utilities, GP surgeries, schools, hospitals.
This development is ill conceived and not sustainable.
