SG04, with the second-lowest housing capacity yield of all spatial growth areas, is an unsuitable site that would result in farmland loss. It would strain already overloaded infrastructure, damage the landscape, harm biodiversity, and pose safety risks to cyclists on Rouncil Lane and Rounds Hill, part of National Cycle Route 52. Increased traffic would negatively affect cyclist safety. Site selection should consider environmental, social, and infrastructure impacts, not just developer convenience or cost
