Site: E1 land at Long Marston. We are concerned at the level of development proposed at this site. Traffic congestion in this area is already an issue and local roads cannot sustain the level of traffic resulting from this development. The area will become more congested and unsafe to all residents. Other sites north of the river will be much more appropriate. Other local infrastructure also cannot sustain additional housing, eg flooding fisk and sewage.
